BASIC SLAG FROM TEXAS. The Hain Steamship Company’s Trematon is announced to Ifave Auckland for New Plymouth at 5 p.m. to-morrow, arriving here on Saturday, when she will await the departure of the Middlesex. The vessel has 500 tons of basic slag from Texas (U.S.A.) to discharge here. The Trematon is a steel vessel, built in 1919. Her tonnage is 5205 gross and 3719 nett, length 400 ft. lln., and width 52ft. 3in. KAIKORAI’S MOVEMENTS. The Kaikorai is now announced to leave Auckland for Whangarei on Friday, where she will load 400 tons of cement for New Plymouth. She is expected here about the middle of next week. KAHIKA TO-MORROW. The Kahika is due to leave Wellington at noon to-day, arriving here early to-morrow with 700 tons of general cargo. TITOKI WITH COAL. The Titoki is due to-morrow from Westport with 500 tons of coal. THE RIMU TO-DAY. The Rimu left Onehunga at 4.40 p.m. yesterday for New Plymouth, crossing the bar at 7.10 p.m. She has 190 tons of cargo. The Rimu is scheduled to return to Onehunga. at 4.30 this afternoon. JOAN CRAIG EARLY. 'The Joan Craig, from Newcastle, is -expected to put la an appearance at the port to-day. THE MIDDLESEX. The liner Middlesex is to leave Lyttelton to-day for New Plymouth. The vessel is expected to be In port loading Homeward cargo till Monday. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS. London, November 27.—Arrived: At Avonmouth, Armagh; passed Perim, Caxignano and Wollongbar. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED. Sydney, November 28.—Ulimaroa (8.30 a.m.), from Wellington. Auckland, November 28.—Mahia (6.25 a.m.), for London; Arahura (12.10. p.m.), for Gisborne. borne; Canadian Britisher (5.15 p.m.), for Sydney. Onehunga, November 28.—Rimu (4.40 p.m.), for New Plymouth; passed Manukau Heads at 7.10 p.m.
