NEWTON KING, LTD., JJTAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, in the Taranaki Judicial District, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell by Public Auction at their Sale Rooms, situated in Broadway, in Stratford, on the 28th day of November, 1922, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon:— The Freehold of all that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 347 acres, be the same a little more or less* being Allotment 9 on Deposited Plan Number 2661, and being part of the Huiakama Block (Block XIV., Ngjatimaru Survey District), AND BEING .all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 87, Folio 60 (Taranaki Register), and in Memorandum of Mortgage Number 36691, the said property having frontages \ to the Ohura and Taihtore Roads, about one mile from the Strathmore Post Office, and having no buildings thereon.

The purchaser shall be entitled to allow 80 per cent, of the purchase money to remain on First Mortgage of the said land for a term of 5 years.
