It has now been decided to install a small refrigerating plant in the window. The refrigerating cabinet in which the products will be shown will be 12 feet long, 5 feet deep, and 8 feet high. The front will be of four layers of plate glass with a vacuum between them so as to prevent radiation and condensation.. Gutside the cabinet but still in the window and in view of the public will be a combined compressor and motor. The. system of refrigerating used will be a combination of .brine tanks and electric fans. All varieties of our products will be exhibited, including beef, veal, mutton, lamb, pork, frozen sundries, butter, cheese, etc., and will be so arranged that they will be seen to the best advantage and attract the public which pass along this 'busy street. The New Zealand Meat Producers Board fully recognises the immense value of advertising and propaganda, work in the marketing of our products, and as the situation of this window is unique is should give New Zealand one of the best advertisements she has ever her frezen products.
