j MINISTER S CONSENT NECESSARY. Wellington. November 20. A Gazette notice prohibits Sie export from New Zealand of flour and wheatmeal, except with the consent of the Minister of Customs. The Gazette also contains an Order-in-Council giving efiect to the tariff agreement with South Africa as from August 1 last.
