The following Government weather forecast was Issued at. 4 p.m. to-day: “Present Indications are for variable breezes, moderate to strong westerlies prevailing. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but dull and misty at times, with scattred showers, especially on the west coast and southern districts. The barometer Is unsteady.’’
