NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP, IS HEREBY GIVEN that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned Leonard Thomas and Law’rence Harold Johnson, carrying on business as gafage proprietors and motor engineers at New Plymouth under the style of Thomas and Johnson, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st October, 1922. All debts owing to the late firm should be forthwith paid to the said Lawrence Harold Johnson, who will discharge its liabilities. In future the motor businesses will still be carried on in the premises occupied by the late firm, but the said Leonard Thomas will own and conduct the motor repairs department and the said Lawrence Harold Johnson will own and conduct the motor sales department. Conditions of Service.—Officers on Air Force List will be liable for service in the event of war or other national emergency, and may be called upon to carry out an Annual Refresher Course jin Flying Duties covering a period of ten days. 'Pay at the rate of. £1 per diem will be granted for each day of such course, limited to ten days. Free rations and travelling warrants will be issued and out-of-jooeket -expenses allowed to officers travelling to and from courses. Compensation calculated in accordance with the principles of the Workers' Compensation Act will bo made to any officer injured on duty during a Refresher Course.
