END OF RAND REVOLUTIONARIES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. ■Capetown, Nov. 17. Three miners, Hull, Lewis and Long, were condemned to * death for murder during the Rand upheaval, and were executed at Pretoria. They went to the scaffold singing “The Red, Flag.” An excited meeting outside the Johannesburg Town Hall demanded the reprieve of the three condemned men. A revolver wan discharged, whereupon a section of the crowd savagely attacked a >atective, who was rescued badly battered. Rain terminated the proceedings.
