It was decided to aak Mr. Frank jNawell (New Plymouth) to act ae supervisor and. Mr. J. Meuli (Wanganui) to act as assistant-conductor. The question of accommodation formed the subject of a lengthy discussion. It was reported that arrangements have been made for billeting the majority of the bands, and, with the co-opera-tion of all the hotel and boarding-house keepers, no difficulty is anticipated in completing the accommodation arrangements.
