Received Nov. 13, .9.45 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 13 Sylvester O'Reilly has been committed for trial on a charge of murdering Charles McLennon, whose body was found in Centennial Park, the sxull bearing marks of violence. A bloodstained bottle was found close by. The police gave evidence that O’Reilly was in the company of McLennon on the day of the tragedy and the bottle found near the body bore his fingerprints.
