RIFLE SHOOTING.
NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. The first competition for the New Plymouth Rifle Club’s championship and trophies took place on Saturday afternoon. Considering the wet weather conditions there were some good scores made, particularly at the yards range, but wind, rain and hail made matters very difficult at the 500 yards distance. Scores:— CHAMPIONSHIP.
