Mr. Justice Chapmftn, in the Supreme Court, gave judgment dismissing the Pharmacy Board’® appeal against Mr. Hunt’s dismissal of the charge that Lox 'Gordon, not being a registered chemist, used the title of chemist. Gordon had several shops in Wellington, each managed by a qualified chemist enrolled as manager. The Judge said ar unskilled and unregistered person was permitted so to con duct business by the law. which had been fully complied with in this case.
