UNION LEVY CASE.
DAMAGES AWARDED. By Telegraph.—-Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 8. The five watereiders, Robert Gould, Charles Patrick Kavanagh*, Michael Leddy, John Tilley and William Charles McGee, who sued the Watersiders’ Union for £5Ol damages in respect of being barred from working on the waterfront, to-day were awarded £2OB each.
