There is very keen competition and demand for all better classes, which were firm at late rates. Poorer classes were irregular, prices sagging. ARRANGEMENT WITH BANKS. Received Nov. 9, 1.10 a.m. London, Nov. 7. The meeting of the Australian and New Zealand banks agreed that if wool buyers here authorise them to accept for shipment bills of lading on the conditions which the New Zealand Government proposed, the 'banks would no't raise objections.
