REPARATIONS.
GERMANY’S DEMAND. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.— Copyright. Paris, Nov. 3. Advices from Berlin state that the German Government, in a report to the Reparations Commission, will demand a moratorium for five years, and a foreign loan of 500,000,000 gold marks.
