Section 19, Hua and Waiwakaiho District, comprising 101 acres 3 roods (freehold), bearing interest at 6 per cent., and repayable on 24th April, 1925. The Memo, of Mortgage registered Number 38065 is a second mortgage over Part Section 44, Omata District, Block 4, Ppj'itu'tu S.D. comprising 49 acres 1 rood freehold, bearing interest at 6 per cent., repayable Ist January, 1923. It is subject to first mortgage securing £BOO. The above Memoranda of Mortgage are subject to Memoranda of Mortgage registered Numbers 47804 and 48465 to the National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, securing together £1646 9s 7d.
