DOCTOR MSES RECOGNITION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received Nov. 3, 1.5 a.m. London, Nov. 2. Following a writ by Dr. Zlotkowski against Smith’s weekly newspaper, claiming £20,000 damages for an alleged libel contained in published matter, a medical board, after a protracted inquiry, issued judgment condemning Dr. Zlotkowski’s conduct in a professional ■ respect and directing that his name be removed from the medical register. Dr. Zlotkowski has instituted steps to appeal to the Supreme Court against the board’s finding. The case attracted keen public interest.
