Sir Auckland Geddes has ntimated that the British Government ias withdrawn all opposition to separite Canadian representation. Sir Charles Fitzpatrick is a former Lord Chiet luatiee. Received Nov. 2, 9.50 p.m. Ottawa, Nov. 2. Despite apparently reliable information from trustworthy sources that a Canadian Minister at Washington would De appointed in a few days, the an* louncement appears to be premature.
