SCHOOL ESSAYS.
N.Z. ALLIANCE PRIZES. In May last the N.Z. Alliance offered a number of prizes to school children in Taranaki for essays upon a phamphlet (No. 13) issued by the Education Department.' The prize-winners are now available, and are as follow: Section A.—First prize (£5), Harold K.
