NEW COUNCIL. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn.—Copyright. Geneva, Oct. 31. The Administrative Council of the International Labor Office constituted at the Washington Conference having expired. a new council, which will remain in office for three years, has been elected, including representatives of Britain, France. Germany. J taly, Japan and Belgium, Canada and India. Canada replaces the United States, which has not become a member of the organisation. The council comprises twelve Government representatives, six employers and six workers.
