RESIGNATION OF CABINET. Ey Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. London, Oct. 26. A Rome telegram reports that the Cabinet has resigned owing to the demands of the Fascisti. The Rome correspondent of the Daily Mail states that the Fascist! throughout Italy have been stirred to great excitement as the result of a statement by their leader, Signor Mussolini, in the Congress at Naples. “I take,” he said, “a solemn oath that cither the Government of Italy will be given to the Fascisti, or we will seize it by force.”

There has been a recrudescence of the activity of the Fascisti throughout the country.
