Poincare with a Note from Lord Curzon requesting the postponement of the Near East Conference owing to the political crisis. It is believed the conference will be held a week or two later than November 13. Paris, Oct. 23. The Foreign Office denies that Britain has asked for a postponement of the Near East Conference.
