TTAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell by Public Auction at their Sale Rooms, situated in Devon Street, New Plymouth, on FRIDAY, the •24th day of November, 19'22, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon— The Freehold of, Firstly, all that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 50 acres 2 roods, be the same a little more or less, being the ■Section numbered 122 of the Block numbered 6 on the Public Maps of the Oakura District (Cape Survey District), AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 30, Folio 169 (Taranaki Register). And, Secondly, ALL that pared of land situated as aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, be the same a little more or less, Being the Rural Allotment numbered 121 on the Public Maps of the Oakura District. And also all that parcel of land situated as aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 52 acres, be the same a little more or less, BEING the Rural Allotment numbered 117 on the said Public Maps of the Oakura District aforesaid. And also all that parcel of land situated as aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, be the same a little more or less, BEING the Rural Allotment numbered 126 on the said Public Maps of the Oakura District aforesaid.
The land firstly hereinbefore described is the whole of the land in Memorandum number 41240, and the land secondly hereinbefore described is the whole of the land in Deed of Mortgage number 42625, the said mortgages being collateral securities. The said property is situated on the Pitone and Timaru Roads, about miles from Tataraimaka. If the Purchaser of the property shall be a Discharged Soldier who has not previously received an advance under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act, 1915, or the amendments thereof, he shall, subject to the Approval of the Taranaki District Land Board, be entitled to allow a part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Crown.
