BOOK-KEEPING AND BANKRUPTCY. 4 LEARNED Judge recently remarked that if a man in business was a competent Book-keeper lie would never reach the Bankruptcy Court, for his knowledge of Accountancy would enable him to rectify financial mistakes before it was too late. Again, the Official Assignee in Wellington expressed the opinion that 75 per cent, of the bankrupts who came before him had not kept proper books. In the great majority of such cases the reason is not far to seek. Many business men simply do not know how to keep a simple set of books, and their ignorance very frequently leads to very serious consequences. By taking up a course of study all these difficulties may be overcome. Banks’ Commercial College has a course in Book-keeping and Business Practice especially adapted to suit the requirements of small businesses. This course has been taken up by hundred? of business men. with excellent, results. Full particulars will be supplied on application. BANKS COMMERCIAL COLLEGE. WELLINGTON.
