ANOTHER ADJOURNMENT MADE. By Telegranh.—Press Association. Wellington. October 19. The case of Airs. Evans v. the Rev. S. Robertson. Orr. which has been several times mentioned in the Magistrate’s Court, was again adjourned till Friday owing to defendent’s ill-health. Counsel for defendent stated Mr. Orr’s illness had been aggravated by a distressing motor accident on Sunday near Eketahuna. when his brother was injured. He suggested that plaintiff’s counsel should nominate a medical man to examine defendant, and this offer was accepted. The first charge against the defendant is that he caused the complainant to receive a document containing a threat.
