The Radio Corporation of America has announced a new step in the development of the radio telephone communication. Messages between the United States and England have been successfully sent by electron tubes, which replaced the bulky apparatus and alternators regularly used. While the latter fill a big radio house, the nine tubes which supplanted them could be •Sored in 4 trunk.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
