HIGH SCHOOL v. OLD BOYS. CENTURY BY PALMER. The cricket season in New Plymouth was opened on Saturday with a friendly game of one Innings between High School and Old Boys. The School proved the victors with 163 runs to 73, I. Palmier topping the score with 100 not out, while Hughes, not out for 26, headed the score for Old Boys. The following are thej details: —
