MORTGAGEE’S SALE THROUGH REGISTRAR OF THE SUPREME . COURT. T. I. LAMASON JJAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at New Plymouth, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell by Public Auction at his Sale Rooms, situated in Broadway, Stratford, on the 21st day of October, 1922, at *2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, The freehold of all that piece of land, situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, ■containing by admeasurement 178 acres, be the same a little more or less, being parts of the ■Sections numbered 21 and 22 of the Block numbered VII. on the Public Maps of the Kaupokonui Survey District, AND BEING the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 86, Folio 166 (Taranaki Register),' and in Memorandum of Mortgage number 42848, the said property being situated on the Opunake Road about six miles from Stratford. If the purchaser of the property shall be a Discharged Soldier who has not previously received an advance under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act, 1915, or the amendments thereof, he shall, subject to the approval of the Taranaki District Land Board, be entitled to allow a part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Crown. APPLICATION to sell and estimate of value of the property and copy of conditions of sale can be seen at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth at any time prior to the date of the sale without payment of any fee. FOR Conditions of Sale and further particulars apply to the Auctioneers, or to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, New Plymouth. COPY of Application to Sell, and estimate of value of the property, may also be seen in the Auctioneer’s Rooms at time of Sale without payment of any fee.
