The Rimu, with passengers and 150 tons of general cargo, arrived from Onehunga at nine o’clock yesterday morning. Owing to delay In commencing discharge the vessel was unable to clear port last night, and Is timed to sail • fpr Onehunga at noon to-day, returning here on Tuesday morning. CORINNA ON MONDAY. The Corinna, after loading at Tirnaru, was working at Lyttelton yesterday, and was to sail nt 3 pain, for Wellington. She is due at New Plymouth on Monday, and after discharging general cargo, will load 20,000 boxes of ; butter for Homeward transhipment to the Pa- ; paroa at Wellington, sailing for that port on ! Tuesday.
KAHIKA’S NEXT TRIP. , i The Kahika. which sailed on Thursday night | with 2322 crates of cheese for the Paparoa at Wellington, will later proceed tn Dunedin, where she loads on Monday, and then sails for Bluff, coming thence to New Plymouth, via Oamaru, Tirnaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due here on Saturday, October 21. THE IRON CHIEF. The work of unloading the Iron Chief’s 3000 ton cargo of coal was commenced yesterday, ’ rain considerably hampering operations.
