MORTGAGEE’S THROUGH REGISTRAR OF THE SUPREME COURT. rpHE FARMERS’ CO-OPERATIVE ORGANISATION SOCIETY OF NEW Zealand, LIMITED, having received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell by Public Auction at their Sale Yards, situated in North Street, Eltham, on the IStli day of October, 1922, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon— The freehold of all that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 158 acres, be the same a little more or less, being the section numbered 23 on the block numbered 15 on the Public Maps of the Ngaere Survey District, AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 39, Folio 26 (Taranaki Register), and in Memorandum of Mortgage number 44407, the said property being situated on the Tiro-tiromoana Road, about six miles from Eltham. IF the Purchaser of the property shall be a Discharged Soldier who has not previously’ received an advance under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act, 1915, or the Amendments thereof, he shall, subject to the approval of the Taranaki District Land Board, be entitled to allow a part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Crown.
