IF the Purchaser of the property shall be a Discharged Soldier who has not previously’ received an advance under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act, 1915, or the Amendments thereof, he shall, subject to the approval of the Taranaki District Land Board, be entitled to allow a part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Crown.
