THE PLAGUE DANGER. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 8, 5.5 p.m. Melbourne, Oct. 8. Dr. Sinclair has issued a warning that plague has not necessarily been entirely eliminated from Sydney. An infected rat was discovered there as late as July 13. He draws attention to the fact that the Queensland outbreak occurred about thia time last year.
