AUSTRALIA’S POLICY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Melbourne, Oct. 7. In the House of Representatives, Mr. Massy Greene, replying to criticisms of the Government’s policy in fostering and developing trade 'between Australia and the Pacific Islands, said the copra trade was eight times greater than in 1913. The supply of Australian goods to the Islands had been greatly increased, and a continuous subsidised steamer service to and from the Islands assured.
