WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following Government weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: "Present indications are for north-west to south-west winds, strong to gale. Cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable generally, and heavy rain with flooded rivers in the west coast districts of the South Island. The barometer is falling, but will rise after about sixteen hours.”
