BOYS PLAN MURDER.
DEATH OF GERMAN MINISTER. AMAZING REVELATIONS. By. Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Oct. 6, 12.55 a.m. Berlin, Oct. 5. The trial of 13 youths on charges ot murdering Dr Rathenau (German Foreign Minister) has begun. The evidence showed that the crime originated in the brain of a 17-year-old schoolboy named Stubenrauch, who diicussed it with Hans Techow, aged 16, who in turn tried to enlist the support of hit elder brother, Ernest Techow, who said he met the actual murderers, Kern and Fischer, and discussed a plan for the murder of Dr. Rathenau with them. Kern was supplied with ample funds and sent by Ernest Techow’ into Saxony to bring a motor-car to Berlin. Ernett Techow says he never approved of the .murder, but he w r as unaer Kern’s influence. The trial was adjourned till October 24.
