QUESTION OF WHAT CONTROL. (By Wire.—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. A question of considerable interest was raised in the House to-day, when Mr. H. Atmore (Nelson) asked if it was the intention of the Government to place under the control of the public service commissioner the officers of the Railway Department and of other departments not at present under the commissioner’s control.
