■Lovely things are to be had at St. Mary s Guild sale of work in aid of the new Sunday school. Get in early at the produce stall. There will be cooked, meats and cakes galore. Dairy company representatives and producers are strongly urged to attend the meeting in the Workers’ Social Hall at New Plymohth to-morrow (Friday), at 11 a.m,. when the provisions of the proposed Dairy Produce Control Bill will be explained by the chairman of the committee, Mr. W. Grounds. The four Taranaki members of Parliament have been invited to attend the meeting. Tn our auction columns will be found particulars of a sale of furniture to be conducted- to-day by L. A. Nolan and Co. on account of Mrs. A. J. Richards, at her residence, Autere -Street, near East End Reserve. The furniture is all in firat-clase order.
