JOHN’S NEXT TRIP. The John, which is to load at Wellington to-morrow, sails for Wanganui on Friday, and Is due here on Saturday with 250 tons of general cargo. REGULUS WITH COAL. The Regulus is announced to leave Greymouth for New Plymouth on Friday with 260 tons of State coal. She is due here on Saturday morning, and will sail for Wellington the same day. THE ONEHUNGA BOAT. The Rimu arrived too late from Onehunga yesterday morning to connect with either of the early south-bound trains. In addition to passengers the vessel brought 100 tons of cargo. She returned north at 5.10 p.m. yesterday, and is due here again to-morrow morning. CORINNA’S MOVEMENTS. The Corinna was working at Oamaru yesterday on her way north to New Plymouth, where she is due at the end of the week. The vessel Is due at Timaru to-day, and comes to this port via Nelson. KARORI ROCK LIGHT. The Customs Office, New Plymouth, has received advice from the Secretary of Marine to the effect that the Karorl Rock light is at present not lighted. It is expected it will be re-lighted by to-day. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED. Port Nelson, October 3.—Kahika (8.30 a.m.), from New Plymouth. SAILED. Greymouth, October 3.—lhumata. (8.45 a.m.), from Melbourne.
