URENUI CLUB. (From Our Own Correspondent.) The annual meeting of the Urenui Club was held last. Wednesday, a fair number of members being present. The balance sheet, showing a credit of £ll 19s Gd, was read and adopted, being considered most satisfactory. It was agreed that the club be again carried on this year. The following officers were elected: President' Mr A H. Halcombe; vice-presidents, Messrs. B. H. Pigott. C. Smith, T. Wright, A. Sheard. .1. S. O’Neill, and C. Dunbar; captain, Mr. R. Fitzgerald: vice-captain, Mr. D. Des Forges; selection committee, captain, vicecaptain and W. H. Puller; general committee. Messrs. C. Wilson, G. Pigott, W. Pigott, G. Fuller, L. Kattenbury, and the selection committee. , , , It was resolved that the lady members be asked to meet and form a committee, to act in conjunction with the general committee. The annual subscription was fixed at os for -entlemen and 2s 6d for ladies. It was also agreed that a laddej competition be arranged for the coming season, and that a suitable roller be procured, the matter to be left in the Hands of the secretary, who was also Instructed to obtain quotations I for a mowing machine.
