TLE CRAZE COLLAPSING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—CopyrightReceived September 29, 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 28. The Standard states the newspaper insurance craze has reached the stage of a new “South Sea bubble.” and it probably will burst soon, leaving a nasty odor behind. The Standard declares the insurance companies are sick of the business and none will continue beyond the present contracts. Companies are flooded with bogus claims, with the result that newspaper insurance is ending disastrously for the newspapers and the public, and liquidation must bring a certain stigma on otherwise reputable jour-aalitm.*-Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn.
