GENERAL STORE DESTROYED By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Wairoa, Last Night. ■ A fire broke out about six-thirty to- ( night in the North Clyde portion of the town, a large general store ‘belonging to Mackay’s estate being totally Jfctroyed. Fortunately there was no wind or the whole of that business part of the” town must have gone, as the town is with- • out fire fighting appliances. The origin is unknown. The insurances are not available.
