As the audience buvs its ticket of admission it receives a best speech voting ticket. The best speaker leceives 1500 queen votes for the candidate on whose behalf he has spoken. Second best speech gets 1000 votes, and third best receives 500 votes. There you have it. No speaker will know for whom he has been speaking until after the votes have Ibeen counted.
