DUNEDIN LABOR CANDIDATES. Dunedin, Last Night. Mr. W. Brown, who was recently sei lected by the Otago Labor Representation Committee to contest the Dunedin Central seat in the interests of the Labor Party, has withdrawn, Mr. J. Gilchrist being selected in his stead. Mr. C. M. Moss, president of the Otago Labor Representation Committee, has been chosen to contest Dunedin West. •-
