Company to carry mails to India, Australia and the East during the seamen’s strike. INTERNATIONAL POLICE. Received Sept. 26, 5.5 p <n. Paris, Sept. 25. An international police force is. being formed at the instigation o* the British Government to prevent international falsification of gold currency, bank notes and smuggling money to Eastern countries. Branches will be formed at The Hague and Budapest.
