REDUCED AT TIMARU. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timaru, Last Night. The Timaru Harbor Board, at its meeting to-dav. decided, on the motion of Mr. F. J. Rolleston (chairman), ta give a rebate of 15 per cent, in the rate to contributing local bodies, and to reduce the shipping charges by 10 per cent.
