The Bulgarian Prime Minister declaring that King Boris wishes tq marry a young and beautiful rich American. The Bulgarians have lost in royal alliances, and believe that an American bride for the King would be a greater asset to Bulgaria than a European. The law permits the King to marry in thia way, and the marriage will therefore not be morganatic. The bride would, be actually the Queen.
