OPENING UP TRADE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, Sept. 15. The Afghan Consuls to Paris and Berlin passed through Lahore. The latter gave interesting details during the short time available. He said Afghanistan was making great headway in trade and education. They had opened some thousands of new schools. British, Italian, Russian. Persian, Turkish, Bokharan and Chinese Embassies have already arrived in Kabul, and the French and Germans are expected directly. It was explained that the journey to Kabul is not difficult nowadays, but the railways have not yet been commences. A good crowd welcomed the Consuls at Lahore station. z
