AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Occupation License with Right of Purchase number 550 recorded in Register Book Volume Gl, Folio 182 (Taranaki Register). AND in Memorandum of Mortgage number 40579, the said property being situated on the Mangere Road, about six miles from Whangamomona.
