The Tariff’ Bill ha« been returned to the House by the conference, which accepted the foreign valuation basis, excepting in a few specified instances. The wool rate on greasy or washed was reduced to 31 cents per lb., two cents lower than the Senate figure and six cents higher than the House figure. On scoured wool the duty is 31 cents.
