WAITOMO COUNTY.
MEETING OF THE COUNCIL. The usual monthly meeting of the Waitomo County Council was held at Te Kulti on , Friday. In regard to the Te Kuitl-Pio Pio Road, C^ ; Boddy said he had suggested that both the borough and the county engineers should metet, go over the roads, and then assess the thg amount of metal required. In the event of' them not coming to an arrangement, a third ptaty could be called in, otherwise the amount decided upon would constitute the amount of m&ial to be put down by the contractor. It was decided to write the borouglx to this effect. & The urggpt need of metalling three miles of the iiiwi Road was raised by Cr. J; C. Eowfek in a letter to the council.
