JJAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell 'by Public Auction at their- Auction Rooms, situated in Devon Street, New Plymouth, on. the 15th day of -September, 1922, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon — FIRSTLY, the freehold of all those pieces of land situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing together by admeasurement 309 acres, be the same a little more ~or less, BEING the sections numbered respectively 9, 10, and 20 of the ♦ Block numbered 6on the Publie Maps ft the Egmont Survey District, AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 100, Folios 87, 88 and 89, respectively (Taranaki Register). AND SECONDLY, all that piece of Leasehold Land situated in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, be the same a little more or less, being the section numbered 11 of the Block numbered 6 on the Public Maps of the Egmont Survey District aforesaid, and 'being the whole of the land comprised and described in Memorandum of Lease thereof, registered number 3243, registered against Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 75, Folio 28 (Taranaki Register aforesaid). The land firstly and secondly hereinbefore described is the whole of the land in Memorandum of Mortgage number 39922, and is situated on the Maude and Hill Roads two miles -from Korito.
