Ou the application of the Southern Colliery Proprietors’ Association the High Court made absolute a rule nisi restraining the coal tribunal from proceeding to deal with the claims of employees in the southern district before hearing an application by the Southern Proprietore’ Association for a reduction of wages. The Court expressed no opinion whether the claims of the southern employees might be proceeded with on the original reference of the dispute to the Court in January, 1921.
